Scope

These terms govern your use of this website. Use of a Sarasto product — Syncly, POS, Luno, or any product we release later — is governed by the separate written agreement covering that product. If those two ever conflict, the product agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read, reference, and link to this site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Intellectual property

The Sarasto name, logo, product names, site design, and written content are ours. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them. Quoting a short passage with attribution is fine; republishing the content as your own is not.

No warranty for site content

This site is provided as is. We aim for accuracy, but descriptions of products, roadmaps, and capabilities are informational and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date, and nothing here forms a contract.

Where we link to sites we do not operate, we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms apply once you leave here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarasto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
